Barbara Von Schmeling is a 7th-degree black belt, 21-time world champion martial artist, entrepreneur, mentor, and the visionary founder of Feminine Freedom™. With decades of experience transforming lives through leadership, embodiment, and personal development, Barbara has dedicated her life’s work to helping people tap into their fullest potential, awaken their power, and embody the fullest expression of who they were created to be.
Alongside her husband, Sergio Von Schmeling, Barbara co-owns Victory Martial Arts, an eight-figure organization with nearly 50 locations nationwide. Born from her own journey of embracing both strength and softness, Barbara created the Feminine Freedom Framework, that integrates the 7 Sacred Goddess Gifts and the Warrior Wisdoms, to help women rise in their purpose while honoring their feminine essence. Her teaching style is known for being warm, direct, intuitive, and deeply empowering, a blend of disciplined martial arts values and magnetic feminine leadership.
Beyond retreats and education, Barbara is a philanthropist at heart. She and her husband founded the Victory Legacy Foundation, providing support, food, education, and hope to underprivileged families in the United States and abroad, particularly in Paraguay, where Sergio was born.
