Meet Barbara
Barbara Von Schmeling is a 7th-degree black belt, 21-time world champion martial artist, entrepreneur, and founder of Feminine Freedom™.
Alongside her husband, Sergio Von Schmeling, Barbara co-owns Victory Martial Arts, an eight-figure organization with nearly 50 locations nationwide. Together, they have spent more than three decades building leaders, developing teams, and positively impacting families through confidence, discipline, and personal growth.
Barbara is also the co-founder of Master Tree Academy, a private K–8 school centered on character development, emotional intelligence, and educational excellence, as well as the co-founder of the Victory Legacy Foundation.
Barbara understands the reality of being a high-achieving woman. She has built businesses, led teams, raised a family, competed at the highest level, and carried the responsibilities that accompany leadership and success.
Through that journey, she discovered that a woman does not need to abandon her power to reconnect with her femininity and she does not need to sacrifice her femininity to become a powerful leader.
